Hi, I am Ira, a movement practitioner who works with people experiencing persistent hip and lower back pain. (Certified Yoga Teacher 500h, Personal Trainer, and MA)
My approach is informed by movement trainings, nervous system awareness, and lived experience navigating chronic pain myself.
