Who Am I ?

Hi, I am Ira, a movement practitioner who works with people experiencing persistent hip and lower back pain. (Certified Yoga Teacher 500h, Personal Trainer, and MA)

My approach is informed by movement trainings, nervous system awareness, and lived experience navigating chronic pain myself.

I focus on helping people make sense of their bodies and rebuild trust in movement over time. I help you to find the right movements and integrate your body, mindsets, emotions and nervous system.
