This is for your if you:

  • Experience ongoing or recurring lower back or hip discomfort/pain.

  • Feel stiffness or restriction in the hips or lower back.

  • Spend long hours sitting or living a sedentary lifestyle.

  • Are curious, open-minded, and willing to move slowly.

  • Want to understand their body rather than fight symptoms.

Not for your if you:

  • Are experiencing acute injury or severe pain requiring medical care

  • Need hands-on treatment or one-to-one clinical intervention

  • Are seeking quick fixes or high-intensity exercise

  • Are unable to participate in gentle movement, even with modifications

  • Prefer a purely clinical or exercise-only approach

About the Workshop

  • Learning a clear, practical framework to make sense of recurring discomfort

  • Experiencing how awareness + the right movement approach can create change

*** Offer limited to residents who have their own access to Club Central. New dates will be added to the system as we get closer.

Requirements before booking

  • All participants under your reservation have no medical conditions that they are aware of, which would prevent them from taking part in classes or workshops before booking.

  • All Participants are required to sign a waiver before their first class. The waiver will be sent via email automatically by the system after your reservation. Participants who are under 18 will need their guardians to sign the waivers.

  • Guided self-reflection using simple concepts and worksheets

  • Awareness of posture and movement patterns

  • Breathing guidance to support ease and stability

  • A guided movement sequence for hip mobility and core support

What to Bring?

  • Your own yoga or exercise mat

  • A pen and a notebook

  • A towel for knee cushioning during floor positions

  • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement

  • Layers if you’re sensitive to cooler temperatures

  • A water bottle
