My Approach

  • You're always in control. Every movement is an invitation. Don't like something? No problem – I'll find other ways to support you. I believe movement should feel good, not just physically but emotionally too.

  • Sessions are tailored to your unique body and how you show up that day. I check in with your pain levels, energy and what you are experiencing, then adapt accordingly. No two sessions are exactly the same. Though the overall movements are similar, you can repeat the movement plan outside of our session if you want to.

  • We go slow and focus on quality over quantity. Safety and stability come first.

  • I check in with your body, thoughts, and feelings to care for you as a whole integrated system and help you reconnect with your natural healing ability.

  • I draw movements from various sources such as Hatha yoga, therapeutic yoga, personal training etc, to meet your needs, goals and preferences.

Bliss Move Program (6 weeks)

Get clarity and break the pain cycle

  • Week 1: Understanding Your Pain: Comprehensive assessment through conversation and movement observation to identify what's driving your pain.

  • Week 2: Breaking the Pattern: Introduction of your customized movement plan with real-time adjustments to find what brings relief.

  • Week 3: Your Movement Blueprint: Refine and practice the movements that effectively address your pain.

  • Weeks 4-5: Reinforcing Relief: Continue practicing with progressive adjustments to deepen relief and prevent pain from returning.

  • Week 6: Lasting Clarity: Solidify your progress and leave with clear understanding of maintaining your relief.

Strong & Confident Program (12 weeks)

Build last confidence and strength

  • Weeks 1-6: Breaking the Pain Cycle: Same structure as the 6-Week Bliss Movement Program —from understanding pain through establishing lasting relief.

  • Week 7: From Relief to Resilience: Review progress and plan the next phase focused on building strength and confidence.

Who Am I ?

Hi, I am Ira. I help people with lingering pain around the lower back and hip area due to sedentary lifestyles return to what they used to do and enjoy life! I am a certified Yoga Teacher 500h, Personal Trainer, and MA.

I have been where you are, and I know how terrible and frustrating it feels to live with pain for years, despite trying so many things.

I help you to find the right movements and integrate your body, mindsets, emotions and nervous system to:

  • Break the pain cycle

  • Have long-lasting relief

  • Feel in control and stronger in your body

  • Know how to take care of yourself when you have a setback.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Bliss Move Program vs Strong & Confident Program?

The main differences are duration, sessions, and depth of support.

Bliss Move Program: 6 private sessions - ideal for getting started and learning foundational tools.

Strong & Confident Program: 12 private sessions - provides extended time for deeper work, continuous care, and ongoing modifications as your needs evolve.

The key factor: More time together means I can provide more comprehensive support and adapt our approach as you progress through your healing journey.

Do you offer 1 session at a time instead of a package?

NO, I don't offer 1 session at a time. The services I offer are intentionally designed. It takes time to learn new things, and it takes time for the body to adapt, create muscle memory and new neural pathways for the new things to stay in the body for the long term.

Do you offer a payment plan?

For the Bliss Move Program, it is a one-time payment.

For the Strong & Confident, I can bill every 6 weeks, which makes it a 2-time payment.

How often do we meet?

Minimum 1 time/week. Except for sickness and emergencies. Showing up consistently is crucial for the body to remember and retain what you have practiced.

Where/How do we meet?

If you first find me on the internet, most likely online via video call.

In-person availability is only announced in certain communities.

What payment method do you accept?

I accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express. I use a platform called Stripe(also used by Amazon).

For CAD only, I accept e-transfer.

* Conversion rate from USD to your local currency depends on your bank.

* For CAD direct e-transer, I offer a rate sligtly cheaper than the original price due to lower cost.

* Payment is due on the day before the first session of the package purchased.
