Hi, I am Ira Iz (CYT 500, PT , MA).

I help people with lingering hip or lower back pain due to a sedentary lifestyle to move confidently and return to their daily tasks and activities they love!

When I see you struggle with pain around your hips and lower back, it brings me back to before I figured out lasting relief.

I couldn't sit comfortably to do my job. The pain crept in everywhere—sitting, walking, sleeping in bed. With chronic pain came anxiety: "Will I live like this forever?" And frustration: "How could my future be bright with this Fr**king annoying pain?!"

Maybe like me, everything in your life feels less enjoyable because of the pain.

At the back of your head, there's a voice screaming: "NO, I REFUSE TO LIVE LIKE THIS! THERE GOTTA BE A WAY!" That's probably what brought you here.

Been There, Done That, Got the T-Shirt

I know your frustration because I was once where you are. For years, I lived with chronic lower back and hip pain and tried different types of therapies. No one could tell me what was going on. Some helped improve symptoms, but the pain would return, either in the same spot or somewhere else.

Sound familiar?

When you spend time and money without lasting relief, it's natural to feel anxious about movement, wondering "Will this make it worse?" Maybe like me, you're tired of feeling trapped in your own body.

Until one day, I had had enough. I made a decision: I don't care how long it takes, I'm going to figure this out myself. There has to be a way!

Here's what I discovered:

Treating symptoms ≠ treating the root cause.

Most treatments address symptoms in isolation, but the human body functions as a whole. That's why your pain keeps returning.

Little by little, I pieced the puzzle together. It is possible to live without that constant fear of movement, and I want to show you how. I use an integrated, holistic approach to help you:

Refelct

See what's contributing to the pain right now (Spoiler! It's not just physical).

It's also how your mindsets, emotions and external stress relate to the pain—both internal and external factors can make it feel worse.

Practice

Connect with your body, thought patterns, and emotional states.

Pain is a message from your body.

Your job isn't to fight the messenger; it's to understand the message. When you connect with your thoughts, emotions and body in harmony, answers appear.

Integrate

Address the root cause for positive lasting change.

The root cause is very individual—physical misalignment, fear of movement, stress, anxiety, or outside stressors that seem to have nothing to do with your back, can be the primary trigger sometimes.

What you really need isn't more stretching—it's to look at your pain through a wider lens. Your body isn't working against you. The pain is a messenger, and when you learn to listen and address what's really going on, you can move with confidence again.

When I decided to figure out my pain myself,

I dove headfirst into learning everything about healing:

  • 200-hour yoga teacher training: yoga isn't just about movement or flexibility - it's about how body, mind, emotion, and spirit all work together. Yoga means to unite.

  • Certified Personal Trainer by ACE: to understand different methodologies of building a healthy body.

  • 300-hour therapeutic yoga training: learning breathwork, movement, and meditation for deep healing.

  • Countless sessions of therapies in different modalities(as both client and student): physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and counselling, to heal and understand the body in different aspects.

  • Personal development studies: to understand how emotions and thoughts connect to physical pain.

  • Master of Digital Media: I got this before my health crisis, which still deeply influences how to communicate complex ideas clearly and understand how interconnected systems work together.

I couldn't settle for surface-level solutions. I wanted to understand how everything works together - how thoughts affect movement, how emotions show up in your body, how fear keeps you stuck.

My knowledge doesn't just come from certifications. It comes from personal experience, first-hand practice, and daily life of learning to live confidently in my own body.

I'm proud to say that with the knowledge I've gained, I've transformed my relationship with my body completely.

From this
