“The one-on-one experience really worked for me, and the fact that Ira listened and modified as we went to find movements that helped me become aware, and how to strengthen. I really enjoyed working with Ira!

Before starting, I feared she wouldn’t understand me because I’ve explained this pain to a lot of people, and they made me feel like most of it was just in my head, and I needed to push through.
