When you're in pain, there's SO much going on inside you. Your body moves differently, your brain has fearful thoughts, those thoughts create stress, and all of this impacts your nervous system. It's not just the symptom – it's everything connected to it.
Some approaches give you passive treatments where you just lie there – great for temporary relief. Others are more active but leave you doing exercises alone with limited guidance. It's overwhelming figuring out all these moving pieces on your own when you're already in pain.
